J’ai choisi ce produit car le mieux noté pour les ongles et cheveux. Après un mois d’utilisation, je n’ai pas constaté de changements fous, mes ongles ont poussé alors qu’avant pas du tout (mais pas trop long et très lentement) et ils continuent à casser en pleins milieux. Peut être faut il encore attendre... rien constater pour les cheveux.
Pour l'avoir déjà testé pendant 1 mois, les résultats sur ma peau eczémateuse ont été bénéfiques !
